One double-glazed aluminium windows complete with flyscreens, together with a split-panel panoramic curtain wall featuring two small opening window, a sliding glass door, flyscreen, and Australian Standard lockset.

Interior

Hybrid timber & laminate waterproof flooring, skirting boards, cornice, RAL9003 milky white insulated wall panels.

Electrical
