Yes. We deliver throughout the East Coast of Australia, including Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.
In most cases, yes, some form of approval is required. Requirements depend on the intended use of the cabin, its size, location, and the relevant local council regulations. We recommend confirming requirements with your local council or a private certifier early in the process. We’re happy to provide supporting documentation to assist.
Our cabins are not supplied as Class 1a dwellings as standard. They are designed and supplied for non-habitable or non-Class 1a use, such as offices, studios, gyms, or ancillary spaces.
Class 1a compliance is site-specific and subject to additional requirements, approvals, and certification by a local building certifier.
Habitable use may be possible, however it requires additional approvals, design considerations, and certification. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and depends on local council requirements and site conditions.
The client is responsible for obtaining all required council approvals, permits, and certifications. We can provide detailed specifications and documentation to assist your certifier or council.
